Call for schedule, delivery will vary by areas. Items can and will be left at your door if not home. No assembly is required for our full size cribs or any other items. All delivery to hotels will be waiting in bell closet area or at concierge desk areas. If you are in a gated community, it is your responsibility to have called Tiny Tikes into your community for access through gate or security at condo for deliveries and pick ups. Repeated trips over the two allowed will incur additional charges for any delivery or pick up of items. We deliver seven days a week, with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. Please make certain that your community will allow access on weekends if we are delivering on a Saturday or Sunday, otherwise additional charges for repeated trips will incur. In addition, please let us know if any community you are staying in has limited delivery hours. We can run into early evenings during the height of Winter season, so that we can deliver your rental items to you on time!
Easy payments and easy cancellations. We only accept credit cards, due at time of reservation. Any cancellation can be done 24 hours before delivery up till the day before arrival, for a full refund. We have been established in the Naples/ Marco area since 1993. We have proudly served Marco and Naples residents, and vacationing families, for over 22 years. You can rest assured that we will be delivering your rental needs on time, and we are always wiling to bring you additional items during your visit.
By request and confirmed reservation we will now deliver carseats for your family to Regional Southwest Airport, call the store for details, additional delivery fees will apply. We deliver to the Naples and Marco Island airports at the same posted rates with no delivery fees.
Payment is made in full, in advance of delivery. Equipment is reserved and guaranteed with a credit card payment. Additional charges are to be paid in full on return of equipment. 24-HOUR CANCELLATION REQUIRED. $25 CANCELLATION CHARGE.
Renters are responsible for proper use and installation of rental items. Tiny Tikes is not liable for any misuse, baby defects, or recalls that are the responsibility of the manufacturers. All rental items are to be returned clean or a $25 cleaning fee per item will be charged to customer. Damaged, lost, or stolen items will be charged to customers at retail value plus the additional rental rates incurred.
